Dear Business Mogul:

In your upcoming seminar, you and a team of highly trained professionals will assume control of an enfeebled and struggling company. Your mission: turn the company around!

The Board is relying upon your business and leadership skills to rejuvenate the company's mission, clearly define objectives and accomplish those objectives through brilliant strategic and tactical maneuvers. At the end of your introductory probation, the Board and the shareholders will review your performance and your future with the company will be determined.

As a side note, the management team you will be replacing failed miserably in their management duties. In an ugly, unfortunate reaction to their poor financial performance, angry shareholders kidnapped members of the previous management team and forcefully sent them to an undisclosed remote location for several intense years of SWOT analysis (it is rumored that hickory switches are being creatively applied in this process.) We expect you will not have a similar experience, but we digress.
