Facility Setup

There are three main room setups:

• Presentation Room and Separate Team Rooms (Each teams in one room)
• Presentation Room and Shared Team Room (All teams in one room)
• Combined Team Rooms and Presentation Room

Each team’s table arrangement consists of two tables in a “T” formation. Please make sure tables are located within four feet of a power outlet. Arrange the chairs around the table so that all participants have view of the computer monitor.
