Delphi Automotive
PriSim® developed a custom course for Delphi’s Leadership Development curriculum and has delivered it in the U.S., Asia, and Europe. Using an existing automotive manufacturing simulation, PriSim® created a Leadership LaboratoryTM that addresses Delphi’s specific learning objectives; business acumen, strategic thinking, financial awareness, decision-making under uncertainty, and effective leadership. Participants also complete leadership profiles based upon Kouzes and Posner’s research and examine their Emotional Intelligence using Daniel Goleman’s EQ framework.

PriSim® created a customized “Mini-MBATM” course for McCain Foods utilizing an existing simulation. The course is designed to develop management’s business acumen, strategic thinking, financial aptitude, and project-valuation skills. Senior executives, including the CEO of North American Operations, address the group and facilitate discussions of the firm’s strategies and future challenges.

Specific financial metrics central to the high-tech industry are defined and practiced including: Return on Assets, Gross Margin, Operating Margin, Earnings Per Share, and Return on R&D.

Automatic Data Processing (ADP)
PriSim® conducts a business laboratory for ADP Dealer Services utilizing an existing, off-the-shelf simulation. At the end of the course, the Division President, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources challenge participants to address ADP-specific issues utilizing their new insights from the competition. The panel of executives then critiques and mentors participants on how they can further refine their strategic thinking and analytic capabilities.

PriSim® delivered a “CEO for the DayTM” course using an existing simulation.
