Turning Rocket Scientists into Leaders
Turns out that leadership development really is rocket science – at least, it is at Raytheon Company.
An article in the May/June 2014 issue of Training Magazine describes how the high-tech aerospace and defense company uses PriSim’s accelerated learning process to develop its next-generation of leaders.
Raytheon’s 2-year rotational program prepares its emerging talent (including rocket scientists) to lead the company through the immensely complex technology challenges of the future. The program incorporates experiential learning through job rotations, competing in a business simulation, and cross-functional projects that all mirror what the leaders will encounter in their full-time assignments.
