Along with the obvious don’t-dos (e.g., don’t use anti-aircraft guns on your management team), there are several EQ-centered lessons we can learn from the slip-ups of the “Dear Young General” including:
- Use your power only when you need to.
- Serve your people (not the reverse).
- Keep your allies close.
- Learn from your dissenters.
